To do this, right-click the Teams installer file, and select Run as administrator. If possible, reinstall Teams as an administrator. Browse to the appdata\Microsoft folder on the user's computer, and delete the Teams folder. If it is still not staring, uninstall and delete the folders again and go to the registry ( start+run and type regedit.msc ) and search for the Microsoft Teams entries and delete them and reinstall Microsoft Teams.
